Refund & Engagement Terms

All services are offered as a bespoke academic engagement, designed specifically for each student based on curriculum, level, goals, and availability of specialist educators. As such, our services are not standardized or mass-delivered.

• The initial academic consultation is complimentary and non-binding.
• Enrollment begins only after mutual agreement on scope, structure, and engagement period.
• Submission of payment constitutes formal acceptance of these terms.

• All engagements require a minimum commitment period, communicated prior to enrollment.
• Sessions are planned and reserved in advance for the duration of the engagement.

• No refunds are issued once an engagement has commenced.
• This includes unused sessions, partial attendance, or early discontinuation by the client.
• Payments are non-transferable and non-convertible to other students or services.
• This policy protects instructional integrity and ensures dedicated tutor allocation.

• Sessions may be rescheduled with advance notice (timeframe specified at enrollment).
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as completed sessions.
• Repeated rescheduling may affect availability or continuation of the engagement.

• While continuity is prioritized, tutor changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any replacement tutor will be of equivalent qualification and curriculum expertise.

• Services are limited to the agreed academic scope outlined at enrollment.
• Additional requirements may require a revised engagement agreement.

Academic outcomes depend on multiple factors, including student participation and effort. We do not guarantee specific grades, scores, or admissions results.

We reserve the right to pause or terminate an engagement if:

• There is repeated non-attendance or lack of participation
• There is inappropriate conduct toward tutors or staff
• Terms of engagement are materially breached

In such cases, fees remain non-refundable.

All student information, academic data, and communications are treated as confidential and used solely for educational purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically. Any material changes will be communicated prior to renewal or new engagement.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction, as communicated at enrollment.
